Determing our obligation to you the General Public.
At Driving Safe School of Motoring we provide a service for pupils to learn to drive and because we use dash cams in our works vehicle and hold digital records such as photos of pupil passes, although not extensive digitial records on personal information other than contact forms, We are obliged to register with the ICO
2. We are registered with the ICO have a Data Protection Registration Certificate and show up on the register of fee payers under driving safe school of motoring and under nominated Data protection officer Robert Whyard ADI

We are aware of cyber attacks and have security in place ,and as a pupil of Driving Safe you can be assured that that your personal details such as phone or address are kept safe and will not be shared, sold or given to any other person for any reason; as we value our customers and want to promote a safe and comfortable environment.
