Terms of Service – Driving Safe School of Motoring

These Terms of Service form a contract between Robert Whyard ADI, trading as Driving Safe School of Motoring, and the learner. They outline responsibilities, payments, cancellations, and key conditions of the driver‑training service.
All learners must read and agree to these terms before lessons begin.

1. Contractual Agreement

Driving Safe School of Motoring is operated by Robert Whyard ADI, a sole trader providing manual driving tuition in Bridgend and surrounding areas.

A contract is formed once lesson arrangements are agreed, usually before the first lesson.

For learners under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve the agreement and accept responsibility for payments and conduct.

2. Instructor’s Business Details

  • Payment is made via pay‑as‑you‑go or bank transfer
  • Block bookings are not offered

7. Use of the Instructor’s Car for the Driving Test

The training vehicle may be used for the DVSA practical test only by pupils who:

  • Have trained with the instructor
  • Have completed a minimum number of lessons

The instructor reserves the right to refuse use of the vehicle if safety standards are not met.

Driving Safe School of Motoring is not a car‑hire company and will not supply the vehicle for test purposes without regular training.
