About Your Instructor
My name is Robert Whyard, and I am a fully qualified DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) with over 14 years of experience teaching learners across Bridgend and the surrounding areas. I founded Driving Safe School of Motoring in 2011 with a simple goal: to provide calm, structured, and professional driver training that helps every pupil become a safe and confident driver for life. I also cover essential car controls early on so pupils feel confident from the first lesson.

Since starting the business, I have taught hundreds of learners from all backgrounds, including:
